New glasses from Hanna's birthday party
You may have noticed lately that my daughter has many, many pictures where she is giving a big toothy grin to the camera. This is because she has figured out that the camera takes pictures...and therefore, hams it right up for the camera. When you pull it out she will immediately start smiling, tilt her head and say "cheese", so it makes it pretty hard to get a candid shot.
Anyway, I thought you might enjoy a little montage of our favorite monkey haming it up for the camera with her big toothy grin.

It never hurts to advertise how straight and white your teeth are. It may come in handy if she needs braces, you can show her how wonderful they are going to look again.
She wasn't hamming it up so much when she was dressed in her ladybug costume. Maybe that was sort of an alarming turn of events.
It is true, there was less hamming in the ladybug costume. But, to be far, it was dark, and late and night, and she had candy to work with. Also, now whenever she rings the doorbell she says "tick or teat." So she at least liked it at little bit.
